Role Purpose
Drive and deliver the annual India marketing plan, translating brands, commercial and loyalty priorities into locally relevant marketing activities that strengthen awareness, consideration and revenue performance. Lead marketing campaigns, partnerships, social localization, agency management and stakeholder engagement to support India’s growth ambitions. ​
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement the annual India Marketing Plan, detailing objectives, strategies, tactics and measurement frameworks aligned to commercial, brand and loyalty priorities.
- Lead the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across India, including Masterbrand, Stay Brands, tactical campaigns, destination marketing and priority commercial initiatives.
- Lead India social media strategy and content planning, ensuring always-on engagement and alignment to brand priorities.
- Manage agency partners responsible for creative development, content creation, campaign execution and production; ensuring quality, efficiency and cost effectiveness.




- Monitor campaign performance, consolidate learnings and optimize future activity through data-driven decision making.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts and reporting to ensure effective deployment of marketing investment.
- Lead and coach the Campaigns & Social Specialist to develop capability and maintain high-quality execution.

Educational Attainment:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related discipline.

Critical Expertise & Experience:
- 8-10 years progressive experience in marketing, campaign management and brand communications.
- Travel and/or Hotel Industry experience preferred.
- Expertise and demonstrated understanding across a wide area of marketing disciplines i.e. marketing planning, communications, loyalty programs & partnerships, channel management, social & PR.
- Robust understanding of India consumer behaviors, digital ecosystem and media landscape.
