The Role We're looking for a Technical SEO Specialist who can independently manage SEO initiatives across multiple client accounts. You'll work closely with the founder, marketing, content, design, and development teams to drive measurable improvements in search visibility, website performance, and lead generation. The ideal candidate has a strong grasp of modern SEO, including Technical SEO, Local SEO, AEO, GEO, and AI-driven search trends.
Key Responsibilities Technical SEO Conduct comprehensive technical SEO audits and resolve issues related to crawlability, indexation, site architecture, canonicalization, redirects, and structured data. Manage XML sitemaps, robots.txt, internal linking, and schema markup. Optimise Core Web Vitals, page speed, and mobile usability across client websites. Implement SEO improvements across WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Squarespace websites. Keyword Research & On-Page SEO Perform keyword research, search intent analysis, and competitor analysis to identify high-value opportunities. Develop SEO strategies for international and local markets aligned with business goals. Optimise title tags, meta descriptions, headings, content structure, and internal linking.
