OVERVIEW
The Digital and Technology team of General Mills is looking for a passionate and enthusiastic individual to contribute to the Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team in capacity of a Lead Analyst focusing on driving, delivering, and supporting the key portfolio shaping initiatives in Inventory space across our Supply Chain organization. This position offers the opportunity to experience a full range of project life cycle including discovery, design, development, testing, delivery, and support of the solutions in SAP Supply Chain areas of Operations. Expectation is to scale global solutions,



drive innovations that enhance user experience, deliver value to business, mentor the broader Logistics and Customer Fulfillment team and support process and technology across Supply Chain.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Provide technical leadership for SAP MM and related inventory management solutions
- Lead the design of scalable, secure, and resilient supply chain inventory solutions
- Translate business requirements into integrated solution designs that support supply chain operations
- Lead end-to-end solution delivery across design, build, testing, deployment, and stabilization
- Identify and implement innovative, AI-enabled improvements to enhance system efficiency and sustainability
- Ensure solutions comply with security, integration, data, and operational standards
- Serve as a trusted technical advisor to supply chain stakeholders and business partners
