We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-commerce Executive with hands-on Shopify experience to manage day-to-day store operations and support marketplace activities.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will have practical experience working with Shopify and a valuable understanding of e-commerce operations. You will be responsible for managing products, inventory, orders, store data, and supporting marketplace operations while coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth execution.

Hands-on Shopify experience is mandatory for this role.





Key Responsibilities:

Manage Shopify products, collections, variants, SKUs, pricing, inventory, and orders.

Upload and optimize product listings, images, descriptions, and other product-related data.
- Manage Shopify navigation, tags, filters, and basic store settings.
- Work with Shopify themes and make basic content and layout updates.
- Handle basic Shopify apps, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor orders, inventory, and overall store performance.
- Assist with marketplace operations, including Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, and other platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and ensure assigned tasks are completed within timelines.
- Maintain reports, product information, and operational data using Excel and Google Sheets.
- Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, platforms, and AI tools.
- Ensure accuracy and consistency across product and store-related information.
