Role Overview

We are looking for a Product Associate who can work closely with the product and engineering teams to understand user needs, conduct research, translate insights into clear product requirements, and help improve the overall product experience.

The ideal candidate should have a technical education background, solid research and analytical abilities, excellent communication and articulation skills, and hands-on experience with Figma.

Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with Designers, and Engineering teams to understand and define product requirements.
- Manage Product / Feature Analytics in tools like Amplitude




- Own product / feature success and Coordinate with product marketing team to build content
- Create and maintain product documentation, feature documentation, user stories, workflows, and requirement documents.
- Assist in creating product requirements, user stories, feature documentation, and product workflows.
- Use Figma to understand, review, and create basic product flows, wireframes, and prototypes.
- Analyze user feedback, product data, and research findings to identify areas for improvement.
- Clearly articulate product problems, requirements, and proposed solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Participate in product discussions, brainstorming sessions, and feature planning.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to understand technical feasibility and implementation requirements.
- Help document product features, processes, and use cases.
