Position / Job Title: Executive – Accounts Reporting to: Deputy Head – Accounts Experience: 5–7 years of experience in Accounts, preferably in the real estate sector, candidates who have worked directly or indirectly for a builder/developer
Off Days: 2nd and 4th Saturdays and all Sundays off
Job Summary:
To support the Accounts & Audit team in compliance-related work of Accounts/GST/TDS/Audit, etc.
KRA (Key Result Area):
Data Entry & Accounting Operations • Assist in day-to-day data entry related to purchase/labour/consultant invoices, bank receipts & payment entries along with bank reconciliation • Preparation of GSTR-1, Form 3B,
and TDS returns • Assist in MIS reporting • Support monthly payroll activities
Additional Responsibilities:
• Coordinating with GST and Income Tax consultants as allocated by the management from time to time
KSA (Knowledge, Skills & Attitude):
• Good understanding of real estate accounting practices • Working knowledge of Tally Prime and Excel • Basic understanding of GST/TDS/Income Tax laws • Good communication skills • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a quick-paced environment
Tech Skills:
• Tally Prime • MS Excel
Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree/Master’s in Commerce or relevant field
