Role Description The Key Account Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Noida, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. This role involves managing and growing relationships with key healthcare accounts, including hospitals, clinics, and distributors, ensuring consistent engagement and satisfaction.



Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and executing account plans, monitoring sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and medical affairs to address customer needs. The Key Account Manager will conduct regular meetings and presentations, manage contract terms, resolve service issues, and maintain accurate account records and forecasts. The role also requires staying informed on therapeutic areas relevant to Vibrella’s portfolio and sharing market insights to guide business strategy.
