Discovery’s People & Culture team provides strategic partnership to business leaders and employees across the organization, enabling growth, transformation, and a solid employee experience. The team partners closely with Centres of Excellence and business stakeholders to align people strategy with business priorities, build organizational capability, and foster a culture grounded in WBD’s guiding principles. This role is responsible to support the People & Culture partnership for GCO, Networks, Studios, and Corporate while also supporting the continued scale-up of the Hyderabad Capability Centre for GCO.
