This role will drive process standardisation, digital transformation, automation, operational excellence, and user experience improvements across the end-to-end STP process framework. Shared Services, Internal Controls, and external vendors to deliver scalable and compliant global solutions. The role requires solid transformation leadership, programme delivery capability, process design expertise, and deep understanding of T&E; operations and controls. The successful candidate will act as a partner to global stakeholders while leading continuous improvement initiatives that enhance compliance, efficiency, and employee experience.
