As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced sales professional who can take ownership of customer relationships, drive conversions, and deliver a consistently exceptional luxury retail experience. Position Overview The Jewellery Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the complete customer journey from understanding requirements and recommending the right jewellery to handling objections, closing sales, and building long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have strong sales experience, excellent communication and negotiation skills,



and the ability to confidently handle premium and high-value customers. Jewellery or luxury retail experience will be preferred. Key Responsibilities Handle walk-in customers, enquiries, leads, and referrals while creating a professional and personalised customer experience. Understand customer requirements, preferences, occasions, and budgets and recommend suitable jewellery accordingly. Confidently present and explain jewellery designs, craftsmanship, materials, pricing, and product value to customers. Manage the complete sales process, including follow-ups, handling objections, negotiations, closing, and post-sale relationship management. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships, generate repeat business and referrals, and consistently work towards individual and team sales targets.
