As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face and voice of Kyndryl, helping customers solve their problems every day. Key Responsibilities: Communicate with Japanese clients, stakeholders, and team members through email, calls, and meetings. Translate and interpret Japanese ↔ English/other business communications as required. Understand and prepare Japanese business documents, reports, and presentations. Support Japanese projects and coordinate with Japan-based teams. Handle business conversations and provide accurate communication support.
