In this distinctive position, you'll oversee cash application processing for assigned regions, including cash posting, remittance matching, and clearing unapplied cash. Join a vibrant team that appreciates your input and encourages your career development What You'll Do Manage cash application processing for supported regions, including cash posting, lockbox/bank file review, remittance matching, unapplied cash clearing, and short-pay identification. Supervise cash application queues, ensure SLA adherence, conduct quality checks, and manage aging of unapplied cash across Americas and APAC support. Develop standardized SOPs, controls, handoffs, and critical issue paths between India Cash Application, regional collections teams, billing, and AR Resolution. Collaborate with Regional Managers on collections, allocations/cash application dependencies, and coordinate with the India Hub Manager for capacity planning. Identify posting issues, remittance gaps, deduction indicators, and unresolved items requiring handoff to collections or AR Resolution teams.
