Position Overview Role Description The Client Implementation Analyst (Documentation) supports the efficient delivery of implementation & documentation tasks and will act as a support resource throughout the project, working under the direct supervision of the Client Implementation Manager(s). Key tasks include (but not limited to) document generation, electronic banking system setups, performing & creating testing, supporting the resolution of client queries and issues. Manage implementation, maintenance related documentation requirements including signature verification, digitized document archival. Ensure timely and efficient delivery of required document package to onshore requestor with quality Work closely with implementation and product management on procedures/workflow concerning product documentation Coordinate with internal parties to ensure all related setups are in place.
