Position Overview Role Description Operational Risk Management (ORM) sits within the Chief Risk Office (CRO) function, which has Group-wide responsibility for the management and control of all credit, market, operational, enterprise and liquidity risk and has the responsibility of continual development of methods for risk measurement, frameworks and creating a bank wide strong risk culture. The purpose of Operational Risk Management (ORM) is to ensure that the Bank's Non-Financial Risk exposure is adequately managed in line with the group-wide risk appetite and OR framework. As an AVP in the Regulatory, Trade & Holding Reporting risk management team , you will contribute to this mission by supporting the implementation and ongoing management of the ORM framework within this critical risk cluster. This role involves active participation in monitoring, assessment, and reporting activities,



collaborating closely with various internal stakeholders across all Business Divisions & Infrastructure Functions to reinforce the Bank's identification, mitigation and management of reporting risks .
