Coaches and develops the team. Help manage technologies, platforms, and Intellectual Property (IP). The work model for the role is:
Li-Onsite The role will support for the ABB India Ltd for Electrification Smart Buildings Business to be based at Nelamangala, BANGALORE, India. You will be mainly accountable for: Conduct testing, validation, and qualification of low-voltage switchgear products as per IS, IEC, and international standards, including prototype, design verification, and validation testing. Develop test strategies, plans, qualification programs, and schedules, ensuring compliance with regulatory and certification requirements. Coordinate BIS, CPRI, ERDA, DEKRA, UL, and other certification activities, while collaborating with Product Management, Design, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams. Oversee root cause analysis, corrective actions, continuous improvement, and testing efficiency, supported by KPIs, dashboards, and certification tracking systems.
