We are looking for a talented and curious Senior Communications Specialist to join our Bengaluru studio. In this role, you will work focused on one of our key client engagements within the healthcare and life sciences sector - shaping and delivering high-impact, humancentred communication and engagement strategies that help large, complex organisations understand change, build trust, and drive adoption.

As a Senior Communications Specialist, you will drive change through clear, compelling narratives that resonate with senior leaders, stakeholders, and end users alike. Your work bridges strategy and execution—making transformation tangible,



relevant, and meaningful in people’s daytoday experience.

Operating at the intersection of user, business, and technology, you influence and materialize experience strategies, lead delivery, and play a critical role in ensuring adoption and value realisation - making Designit a differentiator in transformation programmes.

Key Responsibilities
· Lead the design and execution of structured communication and engagement approaches that support transformation, experience improvement, and organisational change.
· Translate complex technical, operational, and process initiatives into plain‑language, user‑centred storytelling, clearly articulating: what’s changing, why it matters, how it helps, what it means for different audiences
· Ensure communications are outcome‑focused, reinforcing tangible improvements and progress rather than abstract intent
