Estates21 is looking for a proven real estate sales leader to take complete ownership of our West Hyderabad business.

This is not a conventional team-management role.

We are looking for someone who understands West Hyderabad as a market — its micro-markets, key developers, projects, customer behaviour and competitive landscape — and has the experience to build a team and translate that market knowledge into consistent business.

What We're Looking For• 6+ years

of experience in residential real estate sales• Minimum

4 years of proven team-handling experience• Strong,

hands-on knowledge of the West Hyderabad real estate market• Proven

track record of driving sales, closures and revenue• Experie

nce in managing and developing high-performing sales teams• Ability

to hire, build, train and retain a strong team• Strong

understanding of key developers, projects and micro-markets across West Hyderabad• Strong

command over lead management, site visits, negotiations,



closures and sales forecasting• Ability

to establish and strengthen developer relationships• Strong

leadership, decision-making and execution capabilities• High de

gree of ownership, discipline and accountability• Experience with a Channel Partner / Real Estate Advisory organisation will be strongly preferred

The Role& Ownership

As Location Head – Sales | West Hyderabad, you will have independent ownership of the West Hyderabad business.

You will be responsible for:
- Building and leading the West Hyderabad sales team
- Driving

revenue and achieving business targets
- Hiring,training and performance management
- Building a strong sales pipeline and closure mechanism
- Developer relationships and project strategy•

Market penetration and recent business opportunities
- Sales planning, forecasting and performance reviews
- Creating a disciplined, scalable and performance-driven sales operation.
