Key Responsibilities:

1. Deliver Impactful Training
- Conduct engaging classroom and on-the-job training for store partners, Brewing Bot Team and also Regional Managers.
- Train teams on product knowledge, service standards, store operations and customer experience.
- Use the 4-Step Training Method to ensure learning translates into performance.

2. Enable Store Teams to Succeed
- Support new store openings and partner onboarding.
- Coach store partners on speed of service, quality, and upselling techniques.
- Work closely with store managers to close skill gaps.

3. Maintain Training Standards




- Ensure training SOPs and operational standards are consistently followed across stores.
- Conduct training audits and skill assessments.

4. Drive Learning Engagement
- Facilitate group training, one-on-one coaching, and digital learning sessions.
- Create a fun and interactive learning environment that motivates store teams.

5. Measure Training Effectiveness
- Track training completion, partner performance and feedback.
- Share insights with the L&D; team to continuously improve training programs.

6. Be a Project Whiz
- Be a project coordinator for our Learning Projects from time to time
- Keep the self-learning metrics high to learn about the L&D; and QSR industry

6. Manage the LMS for the BVOC and DVOC program
- Lead mentor for the BVOC and DVOC program
- Ensure assignments, submissions are followed up and coordination with the university is done on time.

- Graduate in Hospitality / Hote
