About the Role

Kumarappa Nidhi Limited and Krown Kumarappa Industries Private Limited are looking for an experienced and results-driven Director – Business Development to lead business growth, strategic partnerships, sales expansion and market development.

The candidate will be responsible for identifying recent business opportunities, developing strong client and corporate relationships, expanding the company's market presence and leading the business development team towards measurable revenue and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business development strategies for the company.
- Identify new markets, customers, corporate clients and strategic business opportunities.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, partners and business associates.




- Lead and motivate the Business Development and Sales teams.
- Set monthly, quarterly and annual business targets and monitor performance.
- Develop strategic partnerships and channel relationships.
- Generate new revenue opportunities across the company's business verticals.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and business negotiations.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer requirements.
- Prepare business plans, sales forecasts and management reports.
- Coordinate with senior management to achieve company growth objectives.
- Recruit, train and develop business development personnel when required.
- Improve sales processes, customer acquisition and conversion strategies.
- Ensure business activities are carried out according to company policies and applicable regulations.
- Represent the company professionally in meetings, networking events and corporate discussions.
