Role Overview

/n

We are looking for an experienced Store Manager to manage day-to-day store operations and deliver a premium in-store customer experience.

/n

The ideal candidate should have solid experience in FMCG, premium, luxury, grocery, or organized retail , with hands-on expertise in store operations, team management, inventory, POS, customer service, and store-level profitability.

/n

Key Responsibilities

/n

Store Operations & P&L;

/n

/n
- Manage end-to-end store operations, including opening/closing, stock availability, hygiene, and compliance.
/n
- Own store-level P&L; , driving sales and profitability while controlling shrinkage, wastage, and manpower costs.
/n
- Ensure smooth POS operations, billing, and cash management .
/n
- Monitor store KPIs and take corrective actions to improve operational and financial performance.
/n

Team & Customer Experience

/n

/n
- Lead, train, and manage the complete store team,



including Assistant Managers, Associates, Cashiers, VM/CX, and backstore staff.
/n
- Ensure high standards of customer service and a premium in-store experience.
/n
- Handle customer escalations and resolve issues effectively.
/n
- Ensure adherence to visual merchandising and store presentation standards.
/n

Inventory & Coordination

/n

/n
- Monitor stock availability, inventory accuracy, and stock turnover.
/n
- Coordinate with the central warehouse/DC for stock replenishment and indenting.
/n
- Conduct inventory audits and implement measures to minimize wastage and shrinkage.
/n
- Ensure proper receiving, storage, and movement of products.
/n

Requirements

/n

/n
- 5–7 years of experience in retail store management.
/n
- Experience in FMCG, grocery, premium, luxury, or organized retail is preferred.
/n
- Hands-on experience with POS systems, inventory management, and merchandising .
