Job Description – Meta Ads Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a highly driven and performance-oriented Meta Ads Manager to manage and scale digital advertising campaigns across Meta platforms. The candidate should possess strong expertise in campaign planning, execution, optimization, and reporting with a deep understanding of performance marketing and audience strategy.

The ideal candidate should be capable of independently handling large-scale campaigns, ensuring delivery efficiency, and driving measurable business outcomes through data-driven optimizations.

Key Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage campaigns across Meta platforms including Facebook and Instagram.
- Perform end-to-end campaign setup including audience targeting, budget allocation, bidding

strategy, ad creation, and tracking implementation.
- Monitor campaign delivery, pacing, spend utilization, and performance metrics on a daily basis.
- Optimize campaigns regularly to improve KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and engagement rates.




- Analyze campaign performance data and derive actionable insights to improve overall account

efficiency.

● Coordinate with internal teams for creative requirements, tracking implementation, campaign

timelines, and reporting.

● Ensure campaigns are launched with proper QA checks including creatives, tracking URLs,

audience setup, and conversion events.
- Identify scaling opportunities through audience expansion, retargeting, lookalike strategies, and performance analysis.
- Troubleshoot delivery issues, learning limitations, tracking discrepancies, and underperforming campaigns proactively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with optimization recommendations

and business insights.

Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4–5 years of hands-on experience in managing Meta advertising campaigns.
- Robust expertise in Meta Ads Manager with proven campaign optimization experience.
- Good understanding of performance marketing metrics
