Job Description
As Head of Product, you will own the company's product vision, roadmap, and innovation agenda across existing and emerging product categories. You will lead Product Management and Product Design functions while partnering closely with leadership, engineering, manufacturing, commercial, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive the long-term product strategy and roadmap.
- Identify unmet consumer needs and convert insights into commercially successful products.
- Lead product innovation from concept through launch and scale.
- Establish a consistent premium design language across the product portfolio.
- Balance short-term business objectives with long-term category leadership.
- Build and mentor high-performing Product and Design teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful product development and commercialization.
- Drive revenue growth through new product introductions and portfolio optimization.

The ideal candidate brings a blend of product leadership, consumer insight, commercial acumen, and design appreciation.
You will likely possess:
- 10+ years of product leadership experience.
- Experience building and launching consumer products from concept to market.
- Strong understanding of product strategy, design, engineering, and commercial outcomes.
- Proven success leading cross-functional teams in a consumer-facing business.
- Ability to identify future consumer trends and translate them into product opportunities.
- Robust executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
