Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage large sales teams, guiding Assistant Managers and Team Leaders to achieve sales and productivity targets.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies for outbound and inbound channels aligned with business objectives.
- Use advanced MIS and data analysis capabilities to generate insights, identify gaps, resolve data challenges, and improve sales outcomes.
- Manage dialer operations and campaign configurations to ensure maximum productivity for outbound calling.
Analyze sales trends and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and recommend data-driven strategies.
- Oversee the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation to closure, ensuring strong customer engagement and improved conversion ratios.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of team leaders, providing necessary support and resources to improve their effectiveness in managing their teams.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of sales processes with broader company operations.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high service standards and adherence to compliance and company policies.
- Prepare and deliver presentations for clients and internal stakeholders. Demonstrate solid client management skills and manage reviews, feedback loops, and escalations effectively.
