We are growing rapid and we need a high-performance marketer to drive paid growth for our
premium jewellery clients — someone who doesn't just run campaigns, but owns the
performance function with pride.
ROLE OVERVIEW
Full-cycle performance role:
from campaign strategy to optimisation to reporting — you own it all.
You will strategise, execute, and optimise paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram)
and Google Ads (Search, Display & Shopping) for premium jewellery brands. You manage
monthly ad budgets between ₹30K and ₹1 Lakh across platforms — not just running ads, but
building structured, insight-led campaigns that drive measurable business outcomes.
