About the Role

/n

WeWork India is seeking a Lead/Senior Lead, Sales to help lead its sales efforts in Pune . The successful candidate will be diligent with a proven track record in sales. They will be tasked with prospecting, outreaching, and generating midsize, and large company leads in their market.



The self-driven and self-motivated candidate will be responsible for pitching, tour, and closing sales in all WeWork locations across their market.

Roles and Responsibilities

- 50% Lead generation and prospecting (i.e., IPC meetings, On ground Business Development, cold calling/outreach, social media, networking, events, etc.) - Crucial for the profile.
/n
- 25% Existing sales pipeline management
/n
- 25% Account management
/n
- Owning the occupancy of the allotted cluster(s) and working cross-functionally with various teams to ensure overall health is maintained
/n
- Cultivating business relationships with existing and prospective accounts, and develop IPC (broker) relationships
/n
- Partner with the Inside Sales and Community teams to ensure successful placement and follow-up of new member
/n
- Utilize cutting-edge and creative sales tactics
