About the Role:

Postcard Hotels is seeking experienced Front Office Managers to join our growing portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts.

/n

The role requires a strong understanding of luxury hospitality, personalised guest service, and operational excellence . You will lead the Front Office team and ensure a seamless, thoughtful, and memorable guest journey from arrival to departure.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Front Office and maintain exceptional service standards.
/n
- Own the complete guest journey, ensuring personalised and intuitive service.
/n
- Be visible and engaged with guests, proactively anticipating needs and resolving concerns.
/n
- Lead, coach, and develop the Front Office team.
/n
- Ensure seamless coordination with Housekeeping, F&B;, Reservations, and other departments.
/n
- Oversee check-ins, check-outs, room allocation, billing, VIP handling, and guest requests.
/n
- Handle guest feedback and service recovery with maturity and discretion.
/n
- Ensure adherence to Postcard Hotels' SOPs,



service standards, and operational procedures.
/n
- Support the General Manager and leadership team in delivering guest and business objectives.
/n

What We Are Looking For:

/n

/n
- Luxury hotel or resort experience is essential.
/n
- Previous experience as a Front Office Manager, Assistant Front Office Manager, or in a similar leadership role.
/n
- Solid knowledge of luxury guest service and Front Office operations.
/n
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
/n
- A warm, confident, and discreet approach to guest interactions.
/n
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
/n
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality.
/n
