Job Description
- Lead end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) operations for the Americas region from the India-based GCC.
- Manage a team structure comprising direct reports, team leads, and a broader accounting organisation supporting global stakeholders.
- Ensure timely and accurate month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close activities.
- Own balance sheet governance, reconciliation processes, and policy compliance.
- Review and improve journal entries, accruals, ageing analysis, and general ledger processes.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and compliance requirements.

The Successful Applicant




- CA candidates with 8+ years of relevant R2R experience.
- Proven experience managing teams of 20+ employees with multiple direct reports.
- Strong expertise in end-to-end Record to Report processes.
- Deep understanding of balance sheet reconciliations, governance, and control frameworks.
- Experience with month-end close, year-end close, journal entries, accruals, and reporting processes.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP.
- Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial, or complex global business environments preferred.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to engage global teams.
