Traya is an Indian direct-to-consumer hair care platform that provides a holistic treatment for individuals experiencing hair loss. Through personalized consultations, we identify the root cause of hair fall using a combination of Ayurveda, Allopathy, and Nutrition. Our unique diagnostic platform, combined with medically trained hair coaches and proprietary tech, ensures customers receive customized solutions delivered right to their doorstep — and the ongoing guidance they need to stay on track. Founded by Saloni Anand (techie-turned marketeer) and Altaf Saiyed (Stanford GSB alumnus), Traya’s mission is to de-stigmatize hair loss, address its emotional and psychological impact, and make effective treatment accessible to all.
We aim to create a global awareness movement around hair loss while delivering a scientifically proven, holistic solution that combines the best of three sciences.
We’re looking for a hands-on,
performance-driven Content Manager who can own content end to-end — from strategy and scripting to shooting and delivering final assets that drive measurable results. This role is for someone who can write sharp copy, shoot high-performing content, collaborate with editors, and deliver finished creatives that convert. You should be equally comfortable building brand storytelling and optimizing ads for performance.
1) Content Strategy & Ownership
• Develop and execute a content strategy aligned with business and revenue goals.
• Build transparent content pillars for awareness, education, trust-building, and conversion.
• Maintain consistency in brand voice across ads, social, website and partnerships.
2) End-to-End Content Creation
• Ideate, script, shoot, and deliver finished content (UGC-style, brand shoots, ad creatives, educational content).
• Create engaging narratives around men’s hair health, product education, and customer journeys.
• Ensure final output is polished, performance-ready, and on-brand.
