Role Description The Sales Manager – Interior is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for managing the complete sales cycle for home interior projects, from lead generation and client consultations to closing deals and ensuring smooth handover to the design and execution teams.



Day-to-day tasks include meeting prospective clients at the studio or project sites, presenting design and solution proposals, preparing and negotiating quotations, and following up on leads to meet sales targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with designers and project managers to align client expectations, timelines, and budgets. The role also involves maintaining a strong pipeline through local networking, handling customer queries and concerns, and providing regular sales reports and forecasts to management.

Qualifications

1. Identifying and qualifying leads from various sources based on the company's target audience and their level of interest in the company's products or services.
