Urgent hiring for Sales Co-ordinator

Profile: Sales Co-ordinator

/n

Experience : 5-10 years

/n

CTC : 50,000/- per month ( Depends on Interview )

Location: Taloja, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n
- Coordinate export sales orders
/n
- Prepare and manage all export documentation including invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates of origin
/n
- Communicate with international clients regarding order status, shipping updates, and documentation requirements
/n
- Liaise with all stake holders to ensure timely shipment and delivery
/n
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and export control laws
/n
- Maintain up-to-date client records and export databases
/n
- Track shipments and provide clients with regular updates
/n
- Assist the export sales team in preparing quotations and managing pricing files, if required
/n




- Generate reports on export sales performance, shipment schedules, and customer feedback
/n
- Coordinate with production and inventory teams to confirm product availability
/n

Qualifications:

/n

/n
- Graduate in any field
/n
- 5-10 years’ experience in a Sales Coordinator or Export Executive role
/n
- Working knowledge of export markets in Far East countries, an added advantage
/n
- Solid knowledge of export documentation, logistics, and customs procedures
/n
- Familiarity with Incoterms, LC (Letter of Credit), and international trade regulations
/n
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
/n
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP or export management systems (e.g., SAP, Tally, Oracle)
/n
- Ability to handle pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple priorities
/n
