About the Role /n

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, developing recent client relationships, managing sales opportunities, and supporting the sales team in achieving business targets.

The candidate should have excellent communication and presentation skills, a strong understanding of sales and business development, and the ability to confidently interact with clients and coordinate sales activities.

Key Responsibilities /n

- Identify and develop new business opportunities through various channels.
/n
- Generate, qualify, and manage leads to achieve sales and revenue targets .
/n
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients .
/n
- Conduct client meetings, sales presentations, product/service presentations, and business discussions .
/n




- Understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions to meet their business needs.
/n
- Prepare professional sales proposals, presentations, quotations, and business reports .
/n
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, follow-ups, negotiations, conversions, and client relationship management .

- Coordinate and support the sales team to ensure effective follow-up and timely closure of opportunities.
/n
- Track team activities, sales pipelines, lead status, and individual performance.
/n
- Monitor sales targets and provide regular updates and reports to management.
/n
- Follow up with prospective clients through calls, emails, meetings, and other communication channels.

- Negotiate with clients and work towards successful deal closures while maintaining robust business relationships.

- Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions, sales activities, and conversions.
