Role Description
- This is a full-time role for head of Motor Insurance Sales. The role will be in office, located in Mumbai.
- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced result oriented professional to drive Motor Insurance sales.
- The role is responsible for driving both retail and institutional motor insurance sales through digital channels, telesales, strategic partnerships,
affinity programs, OEM relationships, and fleet business.
- The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the motor insurance ecosystem, digital customer acquisition, partnership development, and insurance distribution. The individual will be responsible for building a profitable and scalable motor insurance business while leveraging FatakPay's digital ecosystem and customer base.
- Prior experience of motor insurance sales – preferably in insurance broking is mandatory
Key Responsibilities
1. Retail Motor Insurance Sales
- Develop and execute the overall sales strategy for Motor Insurance.
- Develop channels for acquiring customers beyond in-house leads
- Build a high-performing digital and telesales team
- Lead and manage a telesales team responsible for converting digital leads into policy sales
