Job Overview

We are looking for a high-impact Channel Sales Assistant Manager / Manager to drive revenue through education channel partners for Hero Vired’s Online Degrees programs. The role involves end-to-end ownership of channel partner performance, activation, productivity, and revenue growth across assigned regions.

Key Responsibilities

/n

Channel Partner Management

/n

• Manage end-to-end channel sales operations across assigned regions/cities.

/n

• Identify, onboard, train, and activate new education channel partners.

/n

• Drive partner productivity, engagement, and revenue contribution.

/n

• Build long-term relationships with key channel partners and stakeholders.

/n

/n

Revenue & Business Growth

/n

• Achieve enrolment and revenue targets through channel-led sales.

/n

• Monitor funnel metrics: leads,



conversions, enrolments, and closures.

/n

• Plan and execute regional sales strategies aligned with business goals.

/n

• Identify growth opportunities within existing and new partner networks.

/n

Program & Product Alignment

/n

• Ensure partners are well-versed with degree programs, working qualified courses, fees,

/n

eligibility, loan options, and specializations.

/n

• Act as a bridge between channel partners, internal sales teams, and university SPOCs.

/n

• Support partners with marketing initiatives, webinars, events, and local promotions.

/n

/n

Governance, MIS & Compliance

/n

• Track and publish daily/weekly/monthly MIS on partner performance.

/n

• Ensure adherence to pricing, compliance, and brand guidelines.

/n

• Resolve partner escalations and operational challenges promptly.

/n

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

/n

• Work closely with central sales, marketing, ops, and a
