About the Role

We are hiring on behalf of our reputed client in the Biotech & Process Equipment industry for an experienced Project Engineer / Project Manager to manage projects involving process equipment, particularly process vessels, from project initiation and engineering through fabrication, testing, installation, commissioning and final client handover.

The ideal candidate will have relevant experience in process equipment / vessel projects, preferably for the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, sterile or life sciences industries, with robust capabilities in project coordination, client handling and end-to-end project execution.

Key Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end responsibility for assigned Biotech & Process Equipment projects,



particularly vessel projects, from project kick-off to final handover.
- Understand client requirements, technical specifications, scope of supply, project schedules and contractual deliverables.
- Coordinate with Design/Engineering, Production, Procurement, Quality and Site teams for smooth project execution.
- Review and coordinate engineering deliverables including GA drawings, fabrication drawings, P&IDs;, equipment specifications and other technical documents.
- Coordinate with clients for technical clarifications, drawing approvals, inspections, documentation and project updates.
- Prepare and monitor project schedules, milestones and execution plans.
- Track procurement, material availability, fabrication, inspection, testing and delivery activities.
