We are looking for an experienced Director – Sales to drive enterprise sales across the European market. The ideal candidate brings 10–15 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience , with a proven track record of closing complex, high-value deals with enterprise customers in Europe.

Enterprise sales & business development
Identify, engage, and acquire enterprise customers through a consultative sales approach.
Build and execute territory and account plans to drive sustainable pipeline growth.
Lead complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long-term engagements.
Strategic account management




Build robust relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers within target accounts.
Develop account expansion strategies to maximize long-term customer value.
Build, manage, and maintain a robust enterprise sales pipeline.
Ensure accurate sales forecasting and CRM hygiene.
Drive disciplined opportunity management and sales execution throughout the customer lifecycle.
Collaborate with Marketing, Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to create winning customer solutions.
Provide market intelligence and customer feedback to influence product strategy and go-to-market initiatives.
Education & experience
~ Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA is preferred.
~10–15 years of enterprise sales experience in SaaS, TravelTech, HospitalityTech, or B2B technology.
~ Proven experience selling enterprise software solutions to customers across Europe.
