Job Description – Instrumentation Design Engineer

/n

Location: Pune

/n

Experience: 5–10 Years

/n

Qualification: BE / B.Tech – Instrumentation / Electronics & Instrumentation

/n

Industry: EPC / Water & Wastewater / Process Plants

/n

Responsibilities

/n

/n
- Execute Instrumentation Detailed Engineering for industrial and water treatment projects.
/n
- Prepare Instrument Index, I/O Lists, Cable Schedules and JB Schedules.
/n
- Prepare and review Instrument Datasheets, Hook-up Drawings and Loop Drawings.
/n
- Handle selection and engineering of Flow, Level and Pressure Instruments.
/n
- Work on process analyzers such as pH, Conductivity, Turbidity and ORP.
/n
- Perform Control Valve Selection and Sizing.
/n
- Coordinate PLC/DCS/SCADA and control system engineering activities.
/n
- Conduct Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and review vendor documents.
/n
- Coordinate with Process, Electrical, Mechanical and other engineering teams.
/n




- Provide technical support during project execution and commissioning.
/n

Preferred Skills

Candidates with experience in WTP, STP, ETP, Wastewater Treatment or Process Plant projects will be preferred.

/n

Note: Candidates with only Maintenance, Calibration, Panel Building or Commissioning experience will not be preferred.
