Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Senior Textile Designer to lead creative direction and manage end-to-end design projects for global markets. This is a leadership role requiring strong design sensibility, team management, and buyer coordination skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the complete design & development lifecycle
- Mentor, guide, and delegate tasks to the design team effectively
- Plan and execute showroom presentations, trade fairs, and displays
- Oversee product profiling and photoshoots
- Collaborate closely with overseas buyers and suppliers
- Ensure alignment of design concepts with buyer requirements and market trends
- Solid leadership and people-management skills
- Hands-on experience with export house design processes
- Confident in buyer communication and presentation
- Creative, organized, and commercially aware
