Position- Deputy General Manager (AGM/ DGM) – Marketing
Reporting To- Chief Executive Officer (MD, CEO)
Location- Delhi / NCR
Experience- 15+ Years
Industry Preference- Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel Structures, HeavyIndustry Preference, Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel Structures, Heavy Fabrication, Industrial Construction, Infrastructure Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales
Develop and execute marketing and business development strategies to achieve annual sales targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities in the PEB, industrial, warehousing, logistics, infrastructure, manufacturing, and commercial sectors.
Generate leads through consultants, architects, project management consultants (PMCs), contractors, and direct clients.
Build and maintain a solid sales pipeline and ensure timely conversion of opportunities into orders.
Participate in techno-commercial discussions, negotiations, and contract finalization.
Tendering & Proposal Management




Coordinate with estimation, design, and commercial teams for preparation of competitive proposals.
Review tender documents, technical specifications, and commercial requirements.
Lead bid strategy discussions and ensure timely submission of proposals.

Requirements

Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical) preferred; MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.
Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB), Structural Steel Structures, Heavy Fabrication, Industrial Construction, Infrastructure Projects.
Proven track record of securing large industrial, commercial, and infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of PEB/ Structural design concepts, costing, tendering, and project execution processes.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking capability.
