We are seeking talented AI Developer Interns to join RChilli's Tech department. As an AI Developer Intern, you will work on cutting-edge artificial intelligence and machine learning projects, collaborating with experienced developers to design, develop, and optimize AI-driven solutions. This is an excellent opportunity to apply your technical knowledge in a fast-paced environment and contribute to meaningful projects from day one. We have 2 open positions available for this internship. You will work in a WFO (Work From Office) mode with a shift time of 10:00 AM - 8:00 PM IST.
4. Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement AI/ML algorithms and models under guidance from senior engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver AI solutions
Write clean, productive, and well-documented code following best practices and coding standards
Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering,
and exploratory data analysis
Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development processes
Test and debug AI models, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize solutions
Stay updated with latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and industry trends
Document technical work and maintain project records
5. Must-have Skills
Proficiency in Python programming
Strong understanding of machine learning fundamentals (supervised and unsupervised learning)
Hands-on experience with ML libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, or similar)
Knowledge of data structures and algorithms
Familiarity with SQL and data manipulation
Ability to work with datasets and perform data analysis
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
6. Good-to-have Skills
Experience with deep learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch)
Knowledge of NLP (Natural Language Processing) techniques
Experience with compute
