About the Role
The Product Manager – Business Banking will be responsible for developing, managing, and enhancing the suite of products and services offered to small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). This role involves strategic planning, market analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and lifecycle management of business banking products. Based in Mumbai, the Product Manager will play a key role in driving innovation, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting revenue growth through customer-centric product development.
Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Develop and implement product strategies and roadmaps for the Business Banking segment.
Conduct market research and analyze customer needs and industry trends in the SME space.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, launch, and enhance products.
Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
Monitor product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvements.




Ensure products comply with regulatory requirements and maintain competitive advantage.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including sales teams, customers, and partners.
Secondary Responsibilities
Train and educate sales teams on product features and benefits to drive adoption and revenue.
Conduct regular competitor analysis to identify market opportunities and threats.
Develop and manage product budgets and forecasts.
What We Are Looking For
Education
Graduation: Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or a related field (Full time)
Postgraduation: MBA (Preferred)
Experience
Minimum 4 years of experience in product management, preferably in banking or financial services.
Proven track record of successfully launching and managing business banking products.
