Job Description
Summary:
The Loan Servicing Analysis and Support Analyst serves as a subject matter resource responsible for the comprehensive analysis and resolution of commercial bilateral loan inquiries. Leveraging complex document review, amortization analysis, and system comparison, the Analyst synthesizes findings into clear, actionable guidance that enables bankers and relationship managers to effectively address customer inquiries.
Role Responsibility:
Analysis of servicing commercial bilateral loans by processing operational transactions in full adherence to internal policies, loan documentation standards, and regulatory requirements.
Ensure the accuracy, completeness,



and timeliness of all work products while consistently meeting established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks.
Investigate, analyze, and resolve discrepancies through complex document review, amortization analysis, and system comparison, ensuring actions and outcomes are appropriately documented.
Conduct in-depth analysis of commercial loan portfolios and loan histories to identify trends and critical data points; develop and maintain reporting to quantify financial impacts and inform decision-making.
Translate complex analytical findings into clear, accessible guidance that supports bankers and relationship managers in resolving customer inquiries.
Demonstrate a high level of ownership and accountability for assigned responsibilities, including diligent follow-through on all open items.
