Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and research-oriented Assistant Professor to join the MBA department at an autonomous college in North Bangalore. The role involves delivering high-quality teaching in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations (with a focus on Supply Chain), mentoring students, and contributing to academic excellence through research and curriculum development. The candidate will also actively participate in academic initiatives and institutional growth.

Responsibilities:
Deliver undergraduate and postgraduate-level instruction in Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, or Operations
Develop and update course materials, syllabus, and assessments aligned with industry standards
Mentor students in academic and career development




Participate in departmental meetings, curriculum planning, and academic committees
Contribute to institutional initiatives related to teaching innovation and student engagement

Requirements

Ph.D. in Management or in the final stages of Ph.D. with a full-time first-class MBA
Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in recognized MBA institutions
Full time MBA with minimum of 55% marks from a reputed Indian university
Demonstrated record of research publications in reputed journals
Preference given to candidates from Bangalore, Karnataka, South India, or Maharashtra
Immediate availability to join, with tentative joining in the last week of Sepetember/October 2026
