What you‘ll do Prepare and file UK VAT returns under MTDMonth-end close: accruals, prepayments, control-account recs Bank reconciliations across all UK accounts Support year-end statutory accounts and corporation tax packs AP/AR, supplier statements, landlord & tenant reconciliations Structure a company from scratch — UK incorporation Client Money Account setup for our different partners What we‘re looking for• Bachelor‘s in Accounting, Finance or Commerce — ACCA / CIMA or equivalent an advantage• 2+ years of hands-on UK accounting or bookkeeping (KPO / UK-outsourcing experience absolutely counts)• Know how to structure a company from scratch — UK incorporation, share structure,



and standing up the books from day zero• Real Xero experience — Quick Books or Sage also considered• Solid understanding of UK VAT schemes and Making Tax Digital• Clear written English — you‘ll be emailing UK colleagues directly• Able to work 12:30–21:00 IST to overlap with the UK team Consultancies and accounting firms are also welcome to apply —we‘re happy to engage either an individual or a practice.
