This is not a CRM software/technical role. We are specifically looking for candidates who have worked in or closely with the Interior Design, Architecture, Turnkey/Fit-out, Premium Furniture/Home Décor, Modular Kitchen/Wardrobe, Luxury Real Estate or Premium Building Materials industry. What You’ll Do* Manage client relationships from project discussions through execution and handover.* Be the main point of coordination between clients, designers, project teams, vendors and management.* Take regular project updates and ensure pending work is followed up on.* Coordinate client meetings, design discussions, approvals,
site visits and project requirements.* Keep clients updated about project progress and timelines.* Handle client concerns and coordinate with the team for solutions.* Maintain client and project records and provide regular updates to management.* Visit project sites and attend meetings whenever required.* Support management with project and operational work beyond client servicing when required.* Be comfortable with domestic and international travel based on project requirements.
