Location: Bengaluru Experience: 0–2 years Compensation: ₹5–7 LPAEmployment Type: Full time Reporting to: Founder/CEORole Fluxton is looking for a Business Development & Corporate Affairs Executive to support business development, charging infrastructure expansion, partnerships, government engagement, fundraising, and Founder's Office initiatives. This is an office + field role with regular meetings, site visits, and external stakeholder engagement. The role will have defined monthly and quarterly targets. Responsibilities Business Development Identify and approach prospective customers, partners, and charging infrastructure stakeholders. Generate and qualify business leads and charging station opportunities. Identify, visit, and evaluate potential locations for EV charging stations. Approach property owners, businesses, developers, fleet operators, fuel stations, CPOs, and other potential partners. Conduct outreach through calls, email, Linked In, events, and in-person meetings. Meet prospective customers and partners to understand requirements and commercial opportunities.



Build and maintain pipelines for customers, partnerships, and charging locations. Coordinate with property owners, CPOs, DISCOMs, contractors, equipment suppliers, and internal teams. Coordinate site surveys, product demonstrations, and pilots. Prepare proposals, presentations, commercial pitches, and partnership structures. Support commercial negotiations and agreements. Identify opportunities involving EV charging, solar, and BESS. Follow up and move opportunities from initial engagement through agreement and deployment. Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities. Corporate Affairs & Government Engage with government departments, PSUs, DISCOMs, and industry bodies. Identify relevant government schemes and programs. Track tenders, EOIs, RFPs, and public-sector opportunities. Assist with tender documentation, registrations, and empanelments.
