KareerCoach is an established international recruitment and workforce mobility business with an existing team, candidate ecosystem, international relationships and active business pipeline.
As the Founder expands his focus across multiple ventures, we are looking for someone who can progressively take the driver’s seat at KareerCoach and assume end-to-end responsibility for its performance.
You will not be joining to assist the Founder.
You will be joining with the opportunity to progressively run the business—and potentially earn your way to becoming its CEO.
What You Will Own
Within defined governance and financial controls, you will progressively take ownership of:
* Overall business performance and P&L;
* Revenue, margins, cash flow and collections
* Sales and conversion performance
* Customer and candidate experience
* Candidate placement and deployment
* International employer and partner relationships
* Team performance and accountability
* Operations and process improvement
* Market and competitor intelligence
* Technology, AI and automation adoption
* New partnerships and growth opportunities
We want someone who constantly asks:
What is changing in the market?
What does the customer actually want?
What are competitors doing better?
What do the numbers tell us?
What can technology do better?
Where are we losing money or opportunities?
How do we build stronger relationships?
