As part of the Founder’s Office, you will work closely with the leadership team and get hands-on exposure to GTM strategy, business development, partnerships, client acquisition and founder-led growth.
About the Role
We are looking for a highly energetic and ambitious GTM & Business Development Intern who wants to learn how businesses acquire customers, build partnerships and create revenue opportunities.
This is an execution-heavy role where you will be expected to research, identify prospects,



initiate conversations, follow up, build relationships and support the conversion of opportunities into business.
Key Responsibilities
GTM & Market Research
Research target companies, founders, CXOs, GCCs, startups and potential partners.
Build and maintain prospect and lead databases.
Identify current markets, industries and business opportunities.
Support GTM research and competitive intelligence.
Business Development
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, calls, communities and other channels.
Conduct outbound outreach to potential clients and partners.
Follow up consistently and maintain lead pipelines.
Schedule meetings and support the team in converting opportunities.
Understand prospect requirements and communicate HighTable's offerings effectively.

Identify potential ecosystem, community and strategic partners.
