Experience: 6 Months – 2 Years

Looking for a Technical Recruiter with 6 months to 2 years of US IT recruitment experience.
Mandatory Experience : 6 Months to 02 Year Experience (Only Experienced Candidate into same domain)

Requirements:
Hands-on experience in US IT staffing/recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, HR, or a related field preferred.
Experience sourcing candidates through Dice, LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, Monster, and other job portals.
Good understanding of US IT technologies, job requirements, resumes, and candidate screening.
Must have worked with HCL as an implementation partner — implementation partner experience is mandatory.
Candidates currently working on W2 are also encouraged to apply.
Valuable communication, sourcing, and candidate-management skills.
Ability to work on multiple requirements and meet submission targets.
