We’re Hiring: Sales & Marketing Interns
IVORIE TEA is looking for energetic, ambitious people who want to build, sell, experiment and grow with a startup.
This is not an internship where you simply follow instructions. You’ll work closely on real sales and marketing challenges, test ideas in the market, speak with customers, identify opportunities and help shape strategies that can directly influence the growth of the brand.
We’re looking for someone who is genuinely enthusiastic about sales, marketing and business growth, comfortable working in a rapid-moving startup environment, and willing to take ownership when problems arise.

What you’ll work on
• Drive sales through online and offline channels
• Identify new customers, retailers, partnerships and market opportunities
• Develop and test creative sales and marketing strategies
• Support campaigns, promotions and customer acquisition activities
• Understand customer feedback and turn insights into action
• Solve day-to-day sales and marketing challenges independently
• Track targets,



performance and opportunities for improvement
• Work closely with the founder on business growth initiatives

Who we’re looking for
Someone who is confident, persuasive and comfortable speaking with people. You should be proactive rather than waiting to be told every next step, able to perform in a target-driven environment, genuinely interested in learning how a business grows, and excited by the challenge of working with an early-stage brand.

Qualifications
• Undergraduate,recent graduate or pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Management, Communications, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of social media marketing and content creation
• Graphic design skills are a strong plus
• Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools is an added advantage
