Our client is looking for a Head – D2 C to lead and scale the brand’s direct-to-consumer business. The role will own the complete D2 C P& L and be responsible for driving revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, retention and overall digital growth.

This is a high-impact leadership role for someone who has built and scaled a D2 C business , understands consumer behavior deeply and can combine robust commercial thinking with a hands-on approach to execution.

Key Responsibilities
Own the D2 C P& L , revenue targets, margins and profitability. Develop and execute the overall D2 C growth strategy across the website, marketplaces and other relevant digital channels. Drive customer acquisition through performance marketing, organic growth, CRM, influencer marketing, affiliates and other digital channels . Own key growth metrics including GMV/Revenue, CAC, ROAS, AOV, conversion, repeat rate, LTV and contribution margins . Build and optimise the complete customer funnel , from acquisition and conversion to retention and repeat purchases. Partner with the marketing, brand, product,



supply chain and technology teams to ensure seamless execution. Identify opportunities across product assortment, pricing, promotions, merchandising and customer experience to accelerate growth. Develop a strong CRM and retention strategy to improve repeat purchases and customer lifetime value. Use data and consumer insights to make decisions around growth, campaigns, products and channels. Build and lead the D2 C team, establishing strong processes, ownership and performance metrics.
